Shipping policy

At STRND & Co., we take pride in crafting and packaging each piece with care so your jewelry arrives beautifully and on time. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment.
  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Priority Express: 1–2 business days
🗓️ Note: Delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and do not include weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated. USPS may deliver on Saturdays, but Sunday delivery is not available.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

STRND & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist in the process whenever possible.
