Returns

We want you to love your STRND & Co. jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Due to hygiene reasons, custom or personalized items and sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at strndandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos if the reason you are returning is due to damage.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each order before shipment, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
